A writer and designer, Andrew previously practiced as an IA consultant and designer for companies like American Express, Sealy, Wachovia, Shaw, and Kimberly-Clark. Andrew participated in the founding of the IA Institute and wrote its manifesto. He spoke on the topic “Clues to the Future: What the Users of Tomorrow Are Teaching Us Today” at IA Summit 2006. He also writes for Boxes and Arrows.
