Laurie Pattison

Laurie has been in software development for 10 years. She specializes in process and program management and user assistance design and development. Prior to focusing on user experience, Laurie was responsible for driving the applications process model at Oracle—for the strategy, requirements, and functional design phases of the software development lifecycle—and has managed quality assurance and development organizations. In a prior life, Laurie was a change management consultant for European manufacturing companies.
