With over 25 years of industry experience in UX research, usability, and UX design, Paul has developed broad expertise in diverse product domains, across the full spectrum of UX roles and methods. Demonstrating thought leadership, he has shared his experiences and insights with the international UX community through various conferences and publications, including ACM SIGCHI, UPA, and UXmatters. He holds a BA in Psychology, with a specialization in human factors and human-computer interaction, from the University of Waterloo, and a Master’s in Human Factors / User Experience Design, from the University of Dayton.
