A designer and author, Dorian specializes in user experience for learning and well-being. Her books include Interface Design for Learning (New Riders), and Positive Computing: Technology for Well-being and Human Potential (MIT Press). She has designed for educational institutions such as Carnegie Mellon and Cambridge University, as well as for banks, media, and mental health organizations. Dorian publishes articles on design in journals and trade magazines and speaks at conferences. She has a Masters in Multimedia Design from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s from Carnegie Mellon.
