As a consultant, Indi helps teams with person-focused research, design strategy, interaction flows, communications, and information architecture. She has been a trail-blazer for experience design since the dot-com boom, using her roots in computer science to help people adopt a neutral, well-considered mindset. In 2001, she co-founded Adaptive Path, a San Francisco experience design agency. In 2008, Rosenfeld Media published her book, Mental Models: Aligning Design Strategy with Human Behavior. She writes articles, conducts workshops and Webinars, and speaks about the importance of pushing the boundaries of your perspective.
