Marg Laing

Marg is a User Experience Consultant and is based between South Africa and London, UK. She started her career in 2000, when the world of information architecture was just emerging, and spent 12 years working in London digital agencies as the industry evolved. Marg is passionate about user research, information design, and UX design. She loves contributing to products that get built and are a pleasure to use. She’s a big fan of sketching, lean methods, collaborative design, and community. Marg is a volunteer with the Information Architecture Institute (IAI) and organizes the local UX Durban Meetup.
