Johannes Robier

Hannes is the founder of the usability and UX consulting agency youspi, as well as organizer of the World Usability Congress (WUC). He has consulted in the fields of User Experience, Customer Experience, Usability, and Service Design for more than ten years, in diverse industries and with organizations of all sizes. Hannes has spoken about usability and User Experience at national and international conferences. He is also an external lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Graz FH TECHNIKUM. Hannes is the author of UX Redefined: Winning and Keeping Customers with Enhanced Usability and User Experience, a Springer book about the essentials of usability and User Experience, as well as two books on personality development.
